Return & Refund Policy

At WagSwagCo, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We'll help facilitate the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
